30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Customized or personalized products
- Software or digital downloads
- Gift cards
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear and tear
- Items purchased on clearance or final sale
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Initiate Return
Log into your account or contact our customer service team at returns@officezaa.com or 1-800-OFFICEZ to request a return authorization.
Step 2: Package Your Return
Please package your item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once you receive your return authorization, ship your item to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where:
- The item was defective or damaged upon arrival
- The wrong item was shipped
- The item arrived significantly different from its description
In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Refunds
Processing Time
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
Partial Refunds
If only part of your order is returned, you will receive a partial refund for the returned items only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@officezaa.com or 1-800-OFFICEZ. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Please include photos of the damage or defect when contacting us to expedite the process.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeframe, please:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement
- Contact your bank or credit card company (it may take some time for the refund to be posted)
