We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Standard Shipping

Our standard shipping option is perfect for most orders. Packages are delivered via ground shipping.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time: 2-3 business days

Cost: $19.99

Get your order faster with our expedited shipping option. Ideal when you need items quickly.

Overnight Shipping

Delivery Time: 1 business day

Cost: $39.99

Need it tomorrow? Choose overnight shipping for next business day delivery. Orders must be placed before 2 PM EST for next-day delivery.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental United States. No coupon code needed—free shipping is automatically applied at checkout!

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is processed and shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Issues

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@officezaa.com or 1-800-OFFICEZ. Include photos of the damage, and we'll arrange for a replacement or refund.

Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members
  2. Check around your delivery location (porches, mailboxes, etc.)
  3. Contact the carrier using your tracking number
  4. Contact us if the package cannot be located

Wrong Address

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address, but we can help arrange a return and reshipment if needed.

Large Item Shipping

Large items such as furniture may require special handling and shipping arrangements. For these items:
